The person I bought it from informed me I needed to change the impeller and wear ring and it was also time to change some seals and pilot bushing or bearings or something. I know I have a three blade impeller. The mercury parts express web site lists a type I and a type II. I don't know what I have. And I also don't know what bearings or seals to replace. I am wanting to do the work myself but I don't have a manual for any of it. Jetboating is kinda rare down here and not many people know wnything about them.
It has a 2000 model mercury sport jet. I know the impeller and wear ring has never been replaced and the holeshot is not what he said it used to be. Medical dictionary. Thanks for any info you have.
